- Training costs will be additional based on the number of hours trained (80 USD per man-hour online based)
- Additional Setup Fee for Templates and Organization specific configurations would be chargeable based on the hours spent (100$ per hour)
- Private/dedicated cloud will be chargeable based on the number of users. Share hosting is free of charge under any plan.
- We do provide white-labelling (your own branding) for all our solutions with additional cost. Contact us for your requirements.

- All plans come with basic support via our helpdesk tickets. We do provide dedicated support based on your support needs. Contact us for more details.
- Our AI Modules use AI models which are based on the consumption basis. We do charge additional costs for using AI features based on actual consumption.
- Our Docstore module securely store your files and images in cloud. As we use 3rd party cloud service providers (Amazon, Azure) we do charge for the storage costs.
- For custom development/changes the costs would be (80 USD per man-hour). We will provide the estimates to get your approval.

Unlimited Plan
- Unlimited Plan provides the flexibility of having unlimited users and modules. This plan also comes with an option to have a copy of the source code & branding.
- Under this plan, you are not restricted to the number of users and locations.
- You are not allowed to re-sell/distribute the product and solutions to other companies.
- The usage is restricted to your organization and/or entities under your organization.
- You can maintain the source code and do the necessary modifications to manage/develop your own platform for your operational needs.
- One-time fee for lifetime usage comes with 1 year of free support.
- You may also engage us for regular changes/support with separate agreements.
